Building a Customer Qualification Portal for Coposit
With a growing adoption rate, Coposit, an affordable home deposit payment provider, needed a screening process for its customers to comply with the business needs of Coposit's vendor users (property developers). This involved building an internal portal from the ground up to assess a customer's financial fit to purchase a property with Coposit.

Working closely with the Head of Customer Qualification (who is also a senior mortgage broker), who would be the user of the Qualification System
We mapped out the required financial data points, existing assessment methods and operational practices.
Based on the requirements gathered, I designed and tested low-fi prototypes with the Head of Customer Qualification to comply with usability heuristics.
We ran discussions with the engineering team to communicate product requirements and data links between internal portals.
We ran beta testing with live internal data to identify the expected timeframe for customers to get their qualification outcome.
The Customer Qualification System has significantly enriched Coposit's data collection capabilities. It provides a comprehensive view of buyer information, supporting risk compliance while also offering insights for product research and marketing strategies.
Feedback from the Head of Customer Qualification highlighted the system's effectiveness in meeting his needs and enhancing his workflow.
